This is the worst delivery service I ever experienced. They dont even pay for google maps to have proper maps on their page. Delivery form Istanbul to Antalya take 6days and the new tel. no they have is not working. To get someone English or German speaking is impossible. It is better to us some local cargo company. You will get your delivery in 2 day and is even cheeper.
The worst delivery experience I ever hade. Get some local cargo instead of this over rated and expencive \service\. They even can't pay for google maps and tel. No. To get someone English speaking on English line is impossible. I was waiting for more than hour till my whole credit was gon and the line cut off. The Turkish line was the same. They advertised WhatsApp up No. but the result is same. Just the data are cheaper than to call regular line.
UPS in Turkey works with customs through an intermediary. To do this, you need a power of attorney, which can cost up to 3,000 TL. Even if you deliver goods worth 20 TL.
Very bad service, very much delayed delivery, never answering phones, tracking lies and lots of hanky panky.., please do not use UPS - United Parcel Service especially for Antalya Region..
Terrible in all respects..do not use this cargo company, in fact all the cargo courriers in Turkey regardless of local or international are real disasters..stress, terrible service, and paying money for very bad service..UPS local delivery from Istanbul to Antalya took 7 days, imagine this..
Their phone numbers don't work, you can't call them. Very unprofessional.
Şirket hakkında bin tane olumsuz yorum okudum dün. O kadar kötü yorumlar vardı ki bir an bilgisayarımı yaptırmaya gönderdiğime pişman olmuştum. Kargom ayın 10'unda İstanbul'da, 12'sinde ise elime ulaştı. Kurye samimiydi, kargomda sıkıntı yoktu, servis hızlıydı. Gerçekten diğer ağır ağır çalışan şirketlere nazaran gayet iyi iş çıkardılar ve memnuniyetimi beni şaşırtmakla birlikte sağladılar. :) Emeklerinize sağlık.
