Actually, this hospital has good decoration but has bad staff. employees there tell lies, I do not recommend it. Before I went there I called and asked if my insurance accepted there or not, the answer was yes. When I went there and before I enter the clinic they told me that there was a problem in the system and a receptionist girl told me to enter the clinic and she said everything will be fine. After I received health service they told me my insurance was not accepted in that hospital, and of course, I paid a lot of money.

It didn’t meet our expectation. I booked an appointment to see a doctor whom the call center said speaks English but in case we’ll arrange an interpreter. Upon arrival we were met by rude staff who lacks basic skills of communication. We were told by another member of staff that the doctor speaks little English and the interpreter is busy and you therefore have to wait. We waited for at least 40 minutes and then we decided then to leave to another scheduled appointment in the town. We received no single apology at all and they thought we were inflexible in spite of them knowing from the beginning that we can’t wait for a long time because we need to catch up with our next appointment. They don’t care about you but only themselves. You mean nothing for them but only what is in your pocket. They came across that we’re desperate for their service. First experience and I’ll never come back again.

One of the best hospitals i saw. Very good choice for foreign people because they have many translators. The only problem is the prices:(

Hospital is very rush and stuff are read only the doctor of general surgery miss Pelin Behave very well with us. She is a very nice general surgery for breast cancer. In general surgery word staff were not very friendly. They are sitting on their chair even they don’t want to deal with patient. As an international patient we paid four times fees As compared to Turkish citizens. Anyways it’s not good for international patients.

I had many experiences with this hospital before I rate them poorly. First, their system is not integrated system every time they will ask you to refill your application. Then as a foreigner your prices are inflated extremely compared to citizens. Doctors will push ask you for unneeded lab tests as they will get some kick backs from the hospital. interpreters are not reliable at all and must of time they will stand silently will you try to communicate with the doctors, who speaks poor English also, to understand your situation. If you have done time to waste you may go there!!
