Just back from marmaris and booked 3 different excursions through BATMAN at ago travel (pirate ship, water park and go karts) which were much cheaper than hotel . Great days had by all 6 in our family even had to changed the date of one of the excursions with no hassle at all. Also missed the bus to the water park and went to batman who arranged a pick up within 5minutes. Great guy can't recommend him enough. If u ever decided to go on any excursions definitely go to this guy and he will sort you out!! Thanks batman see you next year

For the last 5 yrs we have gone to Batman for all our ecursionss and we have never been disappointed. Fantastic trips , boat trips, water park trips , Turkish baths and moonlight boat trip. Thank you Batman for looking after us so well . X

Do not even think about wasting your money on them. A fraudulent company in which they take the payment and never contact you until you run after them. They never pick you up with the excuse that ‘there was not enough people so they just cancelled the tour’. For your own sake, find another company. They laughed at us when we complained about their rudness and the fact that they did not even think about contacting us back.

AWFUL company, didn't turn up for one trip, cancelled another, it's 3 weeks, I've threatened legal action twice and they still haven't refunded me. They won't tell me what is going on, wouldn't have told me they'd cancelled if I hadn't rung to check they were coming. Ruined our holiday as we planned everything around our booked excursions and then couldn't go elsewhere.

AVOID this company- rip off merchants! Visited in September 2017. Booked and paid for a Dalyan trip online. No one ever picked us up from the hotel AND they gave us the wrong pick up time via email..this ruined one of our days. Tried to resolve it and requested a refund or book for the following day. The rep insisted on "meeting up" but didn't show or apologise TWICE wasting yet more of our valuble holiday time! Eventually I requested a full refund which took several emails, 3 weeks and the threat of legal involvement before they did it. Complete joke of a business. Avoid the headache and go elsewhere!

Ago travel is amazing deserves more than 5 stars, the staff are unbelievable & definitely recommend any one to use this excursion company when in marmaris ( Batman is boss )
