Amazing bunch of people & Geta is a Great BossLady. BEST place to buy lucrative real estate deals in Istanbul. Pay them a visit & Don't only take our Words for it!!!
Do not deal with them especially with this one guy named ZAFER, we told him to not rent out our apartment so we surprised him with a visit only to find our flat rented out to a couple without a contract, he charged them 100tl per night 3000tl and we didn't get a single lira out of it. Worse than that when we asked to have a look at our flat he kept calling someone we didn't think much of it but when we arrived at the flat he asked us not to leave the car and wait, we of course refused to wait as we thought this is a bit weird, so we went up to the flat without him only to find him talking to the couple in the flat, when we asked who are these people he said cleaners. We spoke to the couple and they told us how he called them asking them to leave the flat for 30mins and leave the keys at the reception desk so WE THE OWNERS don't see them. We spoke to the management of the agency of course they acted like nothing happened. This is theft and disrespect, if you want to buy a property in turkey go for someone who has 100% good reviews. if you do deal with them don't deal with ZAFER, I wasn't planning on writing this however I wouldn't want anyone to experience what we experienced .
Very accommodating with world class customers service
The don't speak if you don't know Turkish better not to visit and they don't seem to have enough opinions since they were unable to find an apartment......
Good service but expensive and not friendly and if you are not Turk stay away

Sonrasında ev somunlu cıkınca başka eve bakalım yoksa senedi izin ödemeniz gerekir diyerek senetimizi vermediler ve 95 milyarlık evi 130 a sattılar. Sonrasında evinizi satmak isterseniz biz hep buradayız arkanızdayız gibi süslü laflarla kandırdılar. Satmaya gelince yanaşmadılar. Tek bildikleri şey yaşam dolan laf cambazlığı. Allah size cennet yüzü göstermesin. Bebeklerimin rızkı sizlere kabir azabı olsun benim nasılki sizin yüzünüzden huzurum kaçtıysa rabbimde sizin yüzünüzü güldürmesin.
