We visited his little Anatolian Restaurant and absolutely loved it. We were greeted by Pascal which is both chef and Maria's son. He is so friendly, well spoken and makes fantastic suggestions for menu items to try. The food was just as amazing as the service. It feels like we tried everything on the menu and has one of the best dining experience in Istanbul. It was on my list of places to visit and I'm so glad we had the chance to try this little gem. I will be back for more, but next stop is the Athens based Restaurant, where I also hope to meet Maria.
