Great place for family vacation! All included is the way to go, the food is great, drinks are great, the ocean was very nice and it wasn't so hot despite it being 40 Celsius. They have an area where children can be entertained allowing the parents to enjoy some time alone by the pool. Would definitely go again.

Nice hotel , clean rooms , good service but horrible drinks . Many Russian and German people very difficult to comunicate or understanding English.
We had a great time here. Would be nicer if there would be entertainment crew from Europe, not only Turkey and Russia, they were ok. But you can more relate to people that came from your area.
Great customer service, I loved the food and the Turkish bath. We had a great time here with my wife and friends. Huseyin at the reception was very helpful and always had a smile on. I will definitely recommend this place and we’ll be back soon.
Great hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was traveling with my son, parents and my brother. We got 2 rooms on the opposite side of the hotel which wasn't what we expected but after talking to front desk they were able to help us and ended up giving us one big family room which included 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies. It was better than we expected. Very grateful to the front desk. Front desk employees speak English, restaurant and bar workers not so much but you can still communicate. Hotel is beautiful, great pools and hotel area. There's enough room at the pools for everyone. Beach is very close and the access is easy and close. Food is amazing, so many choices, lots of different meals and lots of sweets to choose from. We loved everything. There's a car rental inside the hotel that we used, it wasn't expensive. There is also a bus stop outside of the hotel, the bus will take you to Side and Manavgat. I loved my stay and I reccomend it to everyone.
Our family had a very nice stay. hotel was really clean and staff constantly made sure all plates and glasses were taken away. it really felt like a 5star hotel. food was good, entertainment was good. good mix of nationalities, was not really that most guests were Russian like other reviews suggest. Many Germans, Czechs, Hungarians and other Europeans. Hotel is not too big, so you can always find a place and stuff to do. I even went to a gym, which was very basic but good enough. 15min brisk walk is a shop with cheaper stuff goods. i really enyojed trip to market on Thursday, 5 per head bus trip. beach is rocky but interesring to snorkel around big rocks. I give this place 2 thumbs up.
Had a great stay in May. All the staff were excellent from the cleaners and housekeepers to the catering team and the tireless enteraintment team. Food was great and plentiful. Room was spacious. Had a lovely week.
The worst experience I have ever had the AC was not working the whole night we couldn’t sleep and they just couldn’t manage to change the room either. The staff is good but were not able to help.. they showed us 2 another rooms but they had the same problem. I would not recommend this hotel at all... Really bad experience
