I rent a car from Windy car for 9 days. They deliver the car in the dark car parking area. I couldn't see every detail. Especially the tires. Front tires are in very bad condition, you can see attache photos. I didn't realize the tire condition until I had a very serious accident. I could die because I was driving in the highway at 120kmh. Just because of the tire conditions. I wanna use a spare tire, but it was flat and it has a very big hole in it. Anyway I should wait to tow truck more than 2 hours on the highway than we traveled to the Sabiha Gokcen Airport with the tow truck, it took another 2 hours. I paid bridge cost because tow company refused to pay it. I deliver the car 3/4 full tank. I tried to contact with their customer service several times on last week, I called them3-4 times, I sent email them but I didn't get any reply until today. This is the real customer experience, you can decide if you want to use this rental company or not.

The worst company ever! they scam the foreigners. I booked & immediately cancelled but they didn't refund my money. real thieves!
Car was outside of airport with dirt and freezing, as well, i've wasted 90 min waiting the car to be washed at 23:00!... i've canceled my order and rent from other company.. I Hope they will learn from this and enhance thier service!
I wouldn't recommend this agency... I made a reservation for Istanbul airport before the Great Move from Ataturk to the new airport. I asked them specifically if that was going to affect my reservation and they replied \All reservations will be transferred automatically to the new airport\. No mention that in the new airport they only offered a meet & greet service instead of the terminal desk indicated in my reservation. So I wasted one hour roaming the huge airport looking for their desk, call them, figure out their broken English and wait for their shuttle. On top of that, the car has had the maintenance and low tyre pressure lights on for the whole rental period, and the tank was almost empty despite the full/full policy, which made me waste 15 more minutes to go look for a service station. Thanks to them I reached my destination at late night and had to change my plans. At the end they promised they would return my deposit in full but they didn't. When confronted again they finally admitted to having kept 50 euros for highway tolls. Of course, no detailed account of the expenses was available. Thanks for your flawless service guys.
I wouldn't recommend this car rental agency at all. Service was very bad. They gave me a different car than the one I booked and with zero fuel. I had to keep searching for a petrol station in fear that the car will stop on the way out. The steering of the car kept shaking during my trip as well.
That's a Scan! Stay away from this company. Deposits will never be returned and service is terrible
