It's very shame what I found today with Maltepe Göç staff, it's very lazy staff, there was one person sat down and for more than 5 minutes we talked to him but he ignored us as animals, then another lady came after 6 minutes with very bad behavior and talked with us very nervous and not polite way, because just I told her that we are here and waiting her, it's very shame from this staff that they lost my marriage certificate and asked me to prepare another one again, really we are very sorry because we are not Turkish may be that why they deal with us as not respectable way, I hope from management to read my complains and take action against this lady (14/07/2020).
