Very bad experience. Very disrespectful towards foreigners. They tried to trick me to make a surgery for my dog to remove her uturis without making sure 100% that she has a problem and they put her in IV fluids right away without making sure that she was actually sick in the first place. When I asked to further explain what is going on, the women/doctor or idk what she was actually (her description: short and has Asian looks with dark hair) she disrespected me infront of everyone because I did not speak Turkish and she acted like \I have no time for you\ it was very disrespectful and unacceptable specifically after you just informed a dog owner that she has pyometra. My dog blood test was normal and her temperature was normal and they said she might have an infection so we have to remove her utures. I am not an idiot any infection would make at least a small change in the test results. They didn't even try to say that she might be actually okay and that she might have gases or anything not serious. They just said pyometra with no emotion. That woman doctor was so mean and bad and just wanted to take my money with no care about my dog at all. I did more tests and ultrasound and my dog is healthy and has nothing. Dr. Ahmet was nice but still you did put my dog under some medications that I didn't know and assumed that you will make surgery for her.NOT ACCEPTABLE!! I only visited your clinic because of Google Reviews But now I KNOW THE TRUTH.LIERS FOR MONEY AND NO CARE FOR ANIMALS and if you are a foreigner they just want your money and they will try to scare you thinking your animal is sick and must do surgery. I swear this has been my worst experience with a vet ever!

Ticarethane, sakın gitmeyin. Ölmek üzere olan fib li kediye (semptomları çok belirgin oldugu halde) hem bir sürü tahlil vs. yapıp doğru duzgun teşhis koyamadı, koyamadığı teşhis için bir sürü tedavi masrafı, ilaç parası ödedim. Ve kedi öldü. Bu sadece son gidişim oldu. Daha önce yaşadıklarımi yazmıyorum uzatmamak için. Para almak için gereksiz tahliller yapar, bir şeyler satmaya çalışır, bir bahaneyle sizi tekrar kliniğe çağırır ki içerisi kalabalık olsun, hep meşgul görünür, telaslidir, kafası karisiktir. Böylece size teşhis ve tedavi bilgilerini doğru düzgün aktarmamak icin bahane bulmuş olur. Ve neyi neden yaptığını bilmediğiniz kalemlerle faturayı şisirebilir böylece. Teslim ettiğiniz hayvanda gözünüz arkada kalır, o karışık ortamda, telaşta yanlış bir uygulamaya kurban gidecek hissi olur sürekli, güven hissedemezsiniz. Gidilmemesi gereken bir yer , uzak durun.
