Clean but they collect all the fees in advance for one year. Also, during Kovid they closed the pool they didn't compensate their costumers

Don’t subscribe for a year, they will never return money back to you. This gym is the most deceitful place I have ever seen. I have registered with this gym for a year because they don’t accept to make a registration for part of a year. They have said when I have been doing the registration that I can take my money back if I move to another city. I have moved to another city in Turkey, I have sent them an email asking them to cancel my registration. Unfortunately, there was no answer. I have gone to Gaziantep and visited their location asking them to move my registration to the new city. They have asked for an official documents mentioned that I have moved to another city. I showed them my new residency in the new city. They have requested a letter from my new work in the new city to cancel the registration. Till now it took from me more than a month and a half. They are playing on keep the time go on and charges more money. I wanted to continue my registration with MACfit in the new city but it’s obvious that they are not professional at all.

Great amenities and equipments. however, although its very expensive they ask you to pay 1 year upfront and there is no grantee to get it back at anytime when you withdraw. I chose not to subscribe for the complicated and not guaranteed payment method.

The gym is good, but you have to pay a yearly subscription up front, and when you leave, despite promising to refund you, they never do! They just ignore your messages and never send you the money. Don't join! They still owe me around 600 USD and it has been months since I left. No one responds to my messages, and now I am out the country there is nothing I can do
