GREAT Mexican restaurant!! Guac was delicious, the view is gorgeous, and the staff are SO friendly. Cocktails were hand crafted and unique. Don’t expect authentic Mexican food (you are far from Mexico, duh) but I enjoyed their take on dishes and it was all very tasty. Tortillas were just as good as back home in California. Thank you!

Really good unique cocktails but the problem I had with this institution is the relative small portions. If you eat Mexican food the key thing is large portions. When ordering a taco plate it only comes in 2 small \unique Turkish approach on Mexican tacos\ to define appropriately. My reason for 3 stars is the view is great which of course that's what this place is capitalizing on. I would recommend for one night with friends or romantic evening for a couple but don't expect to be wowed as the tacos were tasty but like I stated small portions which is cheaply portrayed of any Mexican claiming restaurant.

We had a couple of fantastic meals at Los Altos. The food was fantastic, the staff was friendly, and the views were incredible. I hope to come back a few more times while we're in Istanbul.

Bloody awful service. One of the least Mexican places you could imagine; there are a hundred better restaurants in Istanbul. The managers think it is a really good idea to deny diners the option of a real menu, forcing either an inferior digital version on customers, or forcing customers to leave. Really bad experience. AVOID!

You go for the food but you stay for the view and cocktails. Don't expect Tex-Mex or SoCal genuine flavor.

If you're a Latina/o like me and were hoping for authentic Mexican cuisine, turn right around because at these prices, it's not worth it. I wanted to love Los Altos, but we don't put carrots, radishes or beets in our ceviche. Habiscus margarita? Jalapeño margarita? Yes, please! Just not from here. Why would you play around with the recipe for Elotes? They're already amazing. And served cold? It's not a terrible place. Music was great, decor easy to get right, and a view that stuns. The food and drinks however are way overpriced for the inauthenticity. Sorry.

Too expensive and the quality of food is definitely worse than it used to be. The three stars are for the amazing golden horn view and nothing else.
