Despite closing most of activities due to COVID-19 issues we had a great time there with small but friendly animation team, very friendly bar and restaurant stuff and safe feeling during all our stay.

There funfair and many aqua parks on premises, but due covid/season they might not be open. Animation team is very friendly, food is good and most of the staff very warm and welcoming. Rooms have some wear and tear, but mostly clean and everything is working. Highway and farm animal noises can cut the night sleep short.
Stayed with my family here 8 days. I will write bullet points so it’s easy for the readers to get the most info from this review. - massive resort with 5 water slides for all ages including the big ones at the beach side - tremendous choice in food (although a little repetitive) including very good deserts. The waiters will serve you due to Covid - ala carte restaurants closed due to COVID-19 - you get to know staff at every area including restaurants. But you have to be willing to communicate and show friendliness. They look after you - clean resort, no sign of mess anywhere - I stayed in the villa (I highly recommend which has its own restaurant exclusive to villa residents and a private pool) - rooms cleaned every day by maids - pretty much round the clock food - people are from all nationalities including brits. No issues. Friendly environment. - communication with staff can be hit and miss. English can be an issue for them but sign language etc always helps like yes, no, pointing etc. Before booking this resort, I had done a lot of research and contacted people directly through TA who had stayed at this resort to get a true idea of the place. They confidently recommended this place and hence I booked with my family of 5. The ultimate test is ‘would I stay at this resort again?’. Answer is yes, definitely. A few mentions: - Tuna and Sahin at the villa restaurant - Yousef at the snack bar and then at the main restaurant during dinner after 6:30pm Excursions (must do): - Green canyon (contact number on google) - Scuba diving with Dolphin dive (based in resort next to the big water slides) - Cleopatra beach and the teleferik (cable car to mountain) Spa and massage: located near the villas in the resort. Highly trained masseuse. They have three packages to choose from and will always discount the price. But make sure you get treated for the full allocated time.

Otel konum itibariyle yeterli seviyede. Deniz yok karşısında olsa da tünelle gectiginizin farkına varmiyorsunuz. Çalışanlar gayet kibar başarılı. Yeterli personel mevcut. Oda temizliği hijyen kuralları yeterince uygulanıyor. Genellikle yabancı turistler konaklamaktadir. Yemek çeşidi çok her damak tadına uygun yemekler mevcuttur. Yemekhane içerisinde oturacak bölüm yağmurlu ve soğuk havalarda biraz sorun olmaktadır. Yemek saatlerinde genellikle yoğun. Havuzlar güzel bakımlı yeterli. Başarılar dilerim.
