Every visitor to Istanbul should experience a Turkish bath, even more so if it can be experienced in a venue as atmospheric as this 16th century bathhouse. The whole experience was awesome! The signature soapy body wash and scrubbing rejuvenated my whole body. Skin smooth like a baby.

Perfect Hamamı in Istanbul It feels amazing. My skin became so clean, soft and my skin smells like soup. I think everybody should visit Hamamı in Turkey. Here it is cheaper than other Hamamı, only 340 tr. This prize included all rituals for one hour. Ladies can visit this place only in the morning and start their day clean and relax. Men can visit after 4:30 p.m. and finish there day perfect.

This is an amazing experience. I went around 5 PM and the sun was setting. It creates a beautiful contrast of shades in the light filtering in through the ceiling. While you are laying on the hot marble, it is as if all of your stresses and struggles are melting away from you. After the scrub and washing, you can relax and enjoy some hot tea before your departure. The staff ensure that you are cared for and you will leave feeling 10 lbs lighter.

Today I went to Kılıç Ali Paşa Hamamı, a Turkish Bath, built in the 16th century. I was not allowed to take pictures inside so I will describe this amazing experience! There is a special entrance for women only as there are special hours just for women. After undressing, an older Turkish lady took my hand and led me into the room of baths. It was a giant room, with high dome ceilings with stars cut out of the ceiling to let the sun in. Everything inside was marble. She led me to a basin where she poured water out of a bowl onto me and then asked me to lay on this hot marble slab in the middle of the room for 20 minutes. After that she took me back to the basin and exfoliated my skin, rubbing off so much dead skin I didn't even know I had! Then she covered me in a mountain of bubbles and rubbed them all over me, giving me a massage at the same time. After that she washed my hair for me, then took me into another room and dried me off. After relaxing with a Turkish tea, I then had an hour long oil massage. I feel like a new person!

I don't have any previous experiences of a Hamam to compare this to but the service here is brilliant. Staff were polite and friendly and explained everything. They were also quick to respond to emails. The deep tissue massage was fantastic and really helped with my back stiffness. The bath itself was a fun and interesting experience. The staff are very professional. The grounds are very clean and the washing areas are disinfected after each client. We had such a good experience that we booked another visit at the end of our trip. They remembered us and gave us a discount for returning! Excellent customer service and very reasonably priced!

There are many hamams in Istanbul. I haven't been to others so i cannot compare. But this one is both historical, beautiful and clean. The building stands there from 1580, the personnel is excellent, the service is of high quality. The whole experience is pure relaxation.

A place to be for a traditional Turkish bath-Hamam, in a historical building built in 1580s. A great & must-try experience! And don’t miss the Turkish signature, thick soapy body wash experience by the skillful therapists. Leaving your body and skin feeling cleansed and smooth like a baby after. Advance booking is recommended as there’s a limit to the no. of guests for each time frame. Highly recommended place in Istanbul

It was an amazing experience. As soon as I arrived they welcomed me with a sherbet, a traditional beverage, and then gave me all the things for the traditional turkish bath ritual. The staff was really good and the place is super beautiful and clean. After the turkish bath i felt renovated and with baby's skin. I fully recommend this place to everybody searching for an authentic experience.
