Will never come here again. The food was just horrible and we also were cheated here. We ordered shrimp salad and it was just a bowl with very cold and tasteless shrimps drowning in oil and vinegar - it didn't have any salt or other taste than sour vinegar. The dessert we got looked different from the menu and looked as a pile of crops. It was so sweet, neither me nor my boyfriend were able to eat it. At the end we got a bill where they charged us for water we didn't order, and also price for shrimp salad was different from menu. When I asked why they showed me another menu with different prices. Probably this is the way they treat tourists. In addition they included tips although I had no positive emotion from this place.

Balik means fish and Ege means Aegean sea. And their main dish will absolutely seafood and fish. Maybe Istanbul not famous with fish but this restaurant served the best fish dish here. Located in a very crowd place with great restaurant ala Italiano restaurante. Many choices here but this is the one that served great taste as I been here few time. Decorated with great ambiance... colourful of Turkish eveni suitable for romantic dinner with loved one. And next to main fountain makes this restaurant very much in Italian feel. Or Mediterranean ambiance more or less. Some traditional music are here every evening suits to celebrate any occasion here. This place suitable for a big group and special events dinner. Best time of course dinner time till late evening. Good place to hang out
