Izmir's best service is this one. When I finish my work, and the weather is good, I rent a bike for usually 45mins to go to my house. The rentals require a membership, which can be obtained from the kiosk near the bikes. The fare is cheap 60mins3 Liras. TL;DR It's better than the most of the ones in Turkey even Asia.
