They did not give the detailed information what is included in our package. We payed 35 euro per person with transfer. The program: salt room 10 min, moderate warm sauna 10 min, hot sauna 10 min, steam cabin w with menthol (really strong we have been there like 3 minutes), turkish bath 10 min, face mask 10 min, massage 10 min. They tried to sell extra services to my wife, as written at other reviews. Apart from that it is quite a fair price for the services. Just be prepared to decline the extra services

Massage and bath were a great experience and you had the attention you paid for. The remaining was meaningless with no clear of what what like a band of animal even the mask on the face was not clean enough on the hygiene.

Francais, séjour au Paloma Grida ***** Belek. We visit the Katre Spa Belek in sept. 2019. This was proposed as an outside event trop our holyday contact from Neckermann. After reading some older comments, this what you have to know: 1. There are different offers that are normaly proposed at your hotel. Lower ones around 35 and smarter ones around 59 (with privat taxi). The cheaper are clearly low quality. Fast spa sessions without caring about your serenity (a bit like an industrial experience of spa with à very huge amount of other customers). The other offer, is a VIP package, were you get your own private room with sauna, and restrooms, drinks, private bath. The peeling, massage, face mask included are well done. 2. Prices and offers in the spa are not displayed, you'll always have to ask. Preferably book your package at your hotel to avoid bad surprises. 3. In all cases they will propose you extra services, in particular if you choosed the lowest offer. Don't panick, during your massage an english or german speaker will come, translate the massage guy observations (he or she Will only speak turkish), that you need futher medical treatment normaly at 200, but today is expetionnally a discount offer at 100. If you don't want it, just let them speak and kindly refuse to stick to your normal relax massage. Don't Forget that the VIP offer (59) is a good price for what you get, in particular if you don't have a Spa in your hotel. In conclusion, a good experience if prepared
