There is no public transportation there, which is quite a nice thing because of how hard to access it. Unless you want to walk 5km in the heat, it is best to rent a car (there is a very small parking near the entrance of the canyon) and get there by driving Unfortunately it rained a day or two before I visit, and the river flooded the path halfway through so I wasn't able to complete the trek (I deemed it too dangerous to attempt a cross) Overall a very nice experience! I visited on June the 3rd around 10 in the morning, and only saw two elderly people on the path, so not crowed at all.
