What kind of a place is this? Okay it might look cosy from the outside, its location could be high-end, but they definitely aren't doing those things justice. We went in and sat. Waited for around 10 minutes. Even made several eye contacts with SEVERAL waiters. That already put me off, but I thought whatever I just want my coffee and decided to go up to the counter to order. The woman looked at me like "what are you doing here?" definitely not interested. I said that I wanted to order and she said, well the waiters are normally always walking around and then SHE JUST WENT ON WITH WHAT SHE WAS DOING? I mean okay, waiters are passing by but doing such a horrible job so why can't you just take the order then? Whatever, went back to my seat and gave it another try. Two waiters just standing behind me, talking about daily things, one telling the other "look what I'm going to show you" picks up his phone and there they are, ignoring their customers, doing nothing. Such a bad impression to leave behind. Although I planned on coming there to get my coffee for the next few weeks I'm staying at Levent, this definitely changed my mind. Improve yourselves or if you think you're incapable of doing that, then just stop doing what you're doing.

A nice, cosy cafe to have coffee and other drinks and deserts.

Necessity is the mother - it's the only decent place to have a quick bite on a coffee break around here. It's probably the only place to have a quick business or social meet. The coffee is fine (though nothing to write home about), the food is decent, the desserts actually quite good. It's a nice shade in summer, a quick hideout in winter. There are a few ok eating places around here, but none that serve as a "café".

We had cappuccinos which were very nice and the service was polite. However, we went into the shop after we finished our drinks hoping to purchase some coffee beans/grinds and all that was available was Turkish type. How can a shop have a name "world" when it doesn't sell a decent range. Curiously, the cappuccino tasted like exotic coffee so go figure!
