I walked in here by accident - and it was hands down the best meal I've had in Istanbul. The recipes are healthy down to the smallest ingredient. The cooking is incredible. The owner has clear passion for what he does and provides world-class customer service to each and every person who walks in the door. He is also incredibly honest. (To elaborate on how healthy this place is: 99% of dishes are cooked in only real olive oil or butter - the rest use only sesame seed oil, all of which he was very transparent with me about. No margarine or sugar is ever used - virtually no other unhealthy ingredients are used. You could eat Paleo here every day for a month and probably not get bored. The salmon, meat, and vegetables were easily among the freshest and tastiest I've had in Turkey. The owner speaks English at an almost native level, takes credit cards, and charges everyone, foreign or not, the same price for his amazing cooking.) Please support this outstanding local business.

This place is definitely a must on the Asian side. The food was so tasty and fresh it was ridiculous. Definitely coming back. Slowly cooked too perfection. Top 10 meal of my life. Thank you for the flavors
Suvi is a fine restaurant and first of its kind. Properly cooked meals from the chef's hand in mere minutes. This time I had to pick up the delicacies but can't wait to actually sit down there and enjoy.
