Used to be better. This time around brought in a tv for repair. Said it would cost about 400, and take a week to fix (a standard problem). After nearly 3 weeks finally got it back, and the tv didn't even look like it had been given the once over. Just charged me 30 and handed it back.

Having an exclusive location, this Philips service serves to lots of superior class consumers. Unfortunately, as a trade off to its very visible location, it lacks of car parking availability. On the other hand, maybe it depends on Philips Turkey after sales services procedure, they don't declare an estimated service fee or a fee range during acceptance phase. This causes time losses for consumers, especially in case of service denials of consumers upon offered service fee isn't thought practical. In such a case, they may ask for a diagnosis fee. I refused to pay it. Also, Philips seems to have lost its legendary superior quality. This is not related to this service.

Özellikle pandemi döneminde birkaç kez gitmek durumunda kaldım teslim etmediğim cihazın işi bitmediği için. Zamanında da verilmedi ama tamir edildi teşekkürler
İçeride boya badana olduğu için ürünü boyalı lekeli özensiz ve terbiyesizce aldım işini takip etmeyen ben aramasam bana dönmeyen kişilerle muhatap olmak üzücü mecbur değilseniz bence gidilmemesi gerekn birr yeer
Uzak durulması gereken bir servis. Telefonu yüzünüze kapatan bir kadın ile sürekli muhatap olmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz ve tekrar aradığınızda telefonları açmıyor. Sırf bu firma yüzünden bir daha philips ürünü almayı düşünmüyorum.
