Very good traditional Iskender. Basically doner with tomato sauce on flat bread - melted butter. Little pricey for Iskender but the taste is excellent and the portion size is large you can also ask for 1.5 or extra meat size. Service casual. Limited outdoor seating. If you want to try a traditional Turkish soda ask for camlica gazoz , it’s kinda like fruity bubblegum flavored clear soda , was very popular until Pepsi and Coca-Cola came around and hard to find now, one of the few restaurants that still offer it.

Restaurant belongs to the family of iskender kebap inventor, so this should be original one for sure. Staff doesn't speak English. Menu is in Turkish only, but it is very easy: there is iskender kebap just. It is expensive: 60 lira, but very tasty.

Been to Turkey many time, this is the best of this dish I have had. Menu is really simple. I went with Turkish friends, so didn’t have to do anything. I don’t know how it is not speaking English but I recommend it, will be back. I believe they have multiple locations and long history.

Im pretty sure that there is one entree on the menu. It is however excellent. The excellent service is above average even for a successful Istanbul restaurant. We visited twice during our visit to Istanbul. The first time was because it was close to our hotel and was recommended. The second time was because we wanted some comfort food. It took just one meal here for us to consider it comfort food. Our next trip we will be dining here again.
