I’ve brought my 2 month old Samsung phone to this guy to have a water -related damage fixed. He took the phone apart and cleaned it - after one hour he handed my my phone back asked me to pay 350 TL but explained to me that it would only work after a few days of charging the battery as it was flat. I went home and put the phone on the charge for the next two days but it stayed dead. Another couple of days later still nothing. I called him up and he said wait and I changed the charging cable in case but still the phone never restarted like the claimed. He promised me he would come to meet me and have a look but constantly made excuses his son was in hospital, his wife broke his leg I went back to his shop but only his colleague was there and the other guy claimed he was out of town when we called him, he told me to leave the phone with the other guy, which I did. After a few days of waiting I called him and he claimed he had ordered a part which would take one week to arrive - so I waited but when he didn’t get back to me again I called him and he said he couldn’t remember me leaving my phone - he is a total liar and his colleague has stollen my phone - when I dropped it off he took it and then claimed he couldn’t find it again Beware of this guy ! A liar and shoddy work He took my money, didn’t repair it and then stole my phone after that! I’m disgusted to have been so gullible and I will be going to his shop tomorrow alongside with the Police - he will not be able to get away with this type of behaviour
