If you visit early in the morning, it is a quiet relaxing place where you can see different animals in their natural environment like cages. You can have a simple breakfast at the Cafe, watching the swans and ducks. Or you can eat your packed breakfast anywhere in the park. At around 11:30 it starts getting crowded and around 12:00 latest you should be leaving because it gets insanely crowded and it becomes impossible to have fun while trying to maintain your social distance.

The place is very nice and clean. A great variety of animals are there. The animals are in a very good health. You will definitely love it there!

An amazing place to visit and spend the day with family, friends, and loved ones. There is a great variety of wild and tropical animals with many placea to sit when tired. Reaching the place is quite easy, either with car or with a bus from çiğli bus station (every 30 min). The entrance price is also afordable: 10 for normal ticket and 5 for students. It's a good place to visit when in izmir.

It really is amazing to be able to visit a number of animals other than in small cages. Elephants, wolfs, even giraffes have decent area to wander around (here being a park). Kids repeatedly asked how giraffes could run in slow motion :) Entrance fee is small, and you can use the local city card just like getting on a bus. We especially loved the experience of the lemurs (maki) playing with each other, messing around. There of course is a Cafe and a buffet in the premises, WC etc. All in all you would have good time and fun.

Izmir wildlife park is a must see especially if you are visiting the city with children. From the central sea front, it is possible to get here via ferry and bus or by hiring a taxi at approximately 150 lira each way. The taxis from town tend to wait for you. Equally, if you ask the staff at the park, they can call a taxi for you. The peacocks roam the park and you can get quite close to them. There are a good selection of animals, including savannah animals. You'll also find a reptile park. No regrets coming here. Be aware that the food is not great in the park but cold drinks are readily available.

The wildlife park is well set out with lot of variety of animals to see. The reptile house is separate. A nice cafe at the zoo's entrance. Best to go when it is cooler as there isnt a lot of shade. And when we visited the weather was hot.
