For this end, Bedar attaches great importance on operating and providing services in a number of diverse fields. هي منصة متخصصة في استقطاب أصحاب الأفكار والمشاريع التي تقدّم حلولاً عمليّة تخدم فلسطين والمجتمعات الفلسطينية، والعمل معهم لتطوير أفكارهم ومشاريعهم وقدراتهم، من خلال شبكة واسعة من الخبراء والمتخصصين والمؤسسات والهيئات، وربطهم بمصادر تمويل لدعم هذه الأفكار والمشاريع لترى النّور وتحقّق النجاح والأثر الذي تسعى إليه. رؤيتها: أن تكون بِدار المنصة الأبرز لاستقطاب الأفكار والمشاريع التي تخدم فلسطين والمجتمعات الفلسطينية. رسالتها: توظيف الكفاءات والخبرات والإمكانات لتفعيل وتنمية القدرة الفلسطينية. قيمها: الشفافية،المهنية، المصداقية، الإبداع والشراكة.
