This place did not live up to my expectations. I requested to pick up the "Laila" bouquet and was told they could not make the exact bouquet because some seasonal flowers were unavailable but they could make something similar. Not a problem. Instead, when I arrived the bouquet they had thrown together was very ugly in comparison and the roses they used were so old... yet they charged me the same price. When I tried to pay with a VISA, the most widely accepted card in the world, their machine would not accept it so I had to run around and waste my time trying to find an ATM. I chose Inside because it is one of the most luxurious florists in Turkey, and I knew it would be a lovely gift to my girlfriend for our anniversary. With the luxury price came terrible service. Burasi beklentilerimi kesinlikle karşılamadı. “Laila” adındaki buketten almak istediğimi söyledim ama bazı mevsimsel çiçeklerden dolayı aynısı yapamayacaklarını ama benzerini yapabileceklerini söylediler. Buna bir lafım yok zaten. Çiçeği hazırladıkları zaman gördüğüm buket benim gösterdiğime kıyasla çok daha basit ve çirkindi daha da kötüsü güller neredeyse solmuş haldeydi. Bunlara rağmen “Laila” ile aynı ücreti kestiler. Daha sonra visa kart ile ödeme yapmak istediğim zaman makine bozuk dedikleri için ATM aramak zorunda kaldım. Inside’i seçme sebebim Türkiye’deki en lüx çiçekçi olmaları ancak bu pahalılığa aldığım hizmet rezaletti. Kız arkadaşıma yıl dönümümüzde istediğim hediyeyi veremedim.
