I was hesitant to appear at the door of this technical service because of previous experiences with adversary brands'... But they fixed my issue lightning fast as soon as they get my mobile phone with crippled screen. I had \ghost screen\ issue with it and they changed my screen even the battery itself without me having a slightest problem with charging or using and it was all under the subsumption of warranty. I am surprised with such an awesome encounter with a brand and with it's care and support. Also as a last minute surprise they even extended my warranty till 1st of March from now on 2nd of December. What can I say more!? They called me back and asked me if I may fulfill a survey and if I would so they are going to send me gifts! I am gonna be honest with you all, I would like to use this brand lifelong if they keep spoiling me like that! Cheers! 5 star brand with 5 star tech support.
