Few years back we had a wonderful time with Hike and Sail in Istanbul. It was a full day in Istanbul sightseeing and food tasting. Alper, is a well educated professional guide that knows his city, its culture and history. He is proud of what he is doing and it shows. Did I tell you that he is also a foodie, an expert on Turkish flora and he has a great sense of humor. I highly recommend this company. We are looking forward to our post pandemic adventures with him. Bon Voyage :)

As I think over the last couple of years, a real highlight was traveling with Alper in Istanbul and Cappadocia. He is an incredibly engaging guide and has a very capable backup team for logistics. I can't wait to get back.
Traveling with Hike'n Sail is the best way to experience Turkey. The sailing tours combined with hiking are my favorite, we got to spend the most wonderful time on a gullet going through amazing coves enjoying the beautiful turquoise waters. Alper is very knowledgeable and fun, without doubt the best trip ever!
My husband and I along with some friends did food and wine adventure 1 with Alper last year and loved it. We were hoping to do food and wine adventure 2 this year but will have to postpone until it is safe to travel. We had a great time with Alper. He is very passionate about travel and is incredibly knowledgeable about the history, culture, food and wine of Turkey. He also has incredible knowledge of wild flowers. We were a little early in the season when we went but he still managed to find things we didn't even see. If you are at all interested in visiting Turkey, and it is a great place to visit, then Alper is the best person possible to show it to you.
Alper led an amazing trip to Turkey for my family and another family Our group had people with. Any different ages and interests. Amazingly, Alper made each of us feel like he planned the trip just for us. I have traveled many places and have had many guides, but none as excellent as Alper.
