Very good quality of meat. We ordered the hummus, meat burger and a delicous meat-based dish with rice. The serving lady was very sweet, courteous and efficient and food was served on time. Ambiance was also top notch. Con: only negative was serving size was slightly small for us for the price. But overall, recommended!

A very good central location. Cozy ambiance with nice details as decorations on the walls. Mozaik burger is a good choice with a homemade bun (take it with cheese) Lamb Shank is extraordinary with a very tasty smooth mashed potatoes. The waiters are nice and friendly. Pricey yes but not the most expensive in town.

Came here after being recommended by our hotel we were staying at... did not disappoint at all! Great roasted red pepper soup, red wine, and prawn clay pot! Service was very friendly and attentive as well! By far the best house glass of red wine we have had in town...and it comes in an actual wine glass

The best restaraunt in Goreme, Cappadocia. I would definitely recommend. Prices are cheap too and food is probably the finest in the area. We went to many local restaurants and nothing compared to Mozaik
