Gülpark was a horrible place to live in, water and heating bills are so high, you pay for social services that does not exist, gym isn't included, swimming pool is available only for 2 months, rest of the month it is just a masquito farm, total monthly bills for the compound are 550tl (300 150 heating100 water bill) if you are living alone in a studio that you spend 7 hours a day in - I haven't used a dishwasher or a washing machine during these months-, the heating was almost off during that month, you can check the green buggy masquitos swimming pool, oh I forget for rental you will never get your deposit back.. When you finish the contract period, they will ask you for at least 1500 if you don't pay they wont end the contract العيش في هذا المجمع عبارة عن كابوس لا ينتهي، يسلمونك الشقة قذرة و غير مدهونة و عائدات غالية جدا و لا توجد اي خدمات في المجمع، صالة الرياضة بتكلفة اضافية عالية، المسبح قذر جدا تفقد الصور، و مياه تنقطع اغلب الوقت اذا كنت تسكن بمفردك توقع ان تدفع عائدات و فاتورة مياه تصل الى 600 ليرة شهريا حتى ان لم يكن هناك خدمات. عند انهاء عقد الايجار توقع ان يزيد مكتب الإيجار شهرين و يخبرك انه كان هناك ايجاراا غير مدفوعة، عندما احضرت جميع وصلات الايجار بدؤوا بابتزازي بعدم انهاء العقد و المجمع يرزل لك اخر فاتورة في اخر يوم في الشهر و قبل اغبباقهم بعشرة دقائق حتى يطالبك بعائدات جديدة حتى اذا كنت انهيت عقد الايجار و خرجت من الشقة اذا كنت اجنبي ي احذر التوجه لهذا المجمع او مكتب الايجار انه مجمع نصب و احتيال
