This hotel doesn't deserve any star, is the worst I have been in my life. Unfortunately I didn't check the reviews before I purchased the package from loveholidays website. Is a very dirty and filthy hotel, sometimes the electricity stops or the water. You can't shower. The bathrooms are disgusting. They don't change the towel or bedsheets unless you tip them. I was planning to enjoy my holiday with my children and we all left disappointed. The worst holiday we have ever been. They say is all inclusive, but there is no coffee, no drinks it's very limited when they bring any. The management of the hotel doesn't have a clue how to do business. Please don't book this hotel,you will regret it!

It’s the most dreadful ‘hotel’ I have ever been to. Don’t believe photos, ‘cuz most part of hotel is now closed. It means that there is no animation, no concerts and some bars and a half of pool are closed too. Dining room is awful, suffocating and stinking. The most terrific thing is that some of our money was stolen from a locked case. That’s not a unique thing there, even a safe is not a guarantee of safety of money. Road to the beach is along the swamp and a constaction site. The personal is extremely rude and don’t speak English at all. The only mission of them is to cheat you, ‘cuz there are no menu for any paid services. Rooms are dirty, towels are dirty and cleaning service doesn’t work. We’ve found things from previous guest in our room. To be honest it’s 0/10, but the hookahs were good, so they give a point - 1/10
No service, waited 3 hours to get our room. There were more families before us waiting. Aircondition not working in the room. We were 2 adults with 5 small children and got a small room.
It looks good on photo's and video's, but it is a scam hotel. The inside of the hotel is really hot and the service is really bad. Please do not go to this hotel.
