I took part in the \mindfulness program\ by yaprak arslanefe and it was biggest waste of time and money. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Regret going. My friend and I signed up for a class with a woman named Yaprak. I've been to Yoga studios all over the world, this woman has no clue what she is doing.
