We stayed 6 nights there. They gave us a big room with all facilities and very nice view. The room was always clean. The breakfast was awesome. The location was great. I really recommend to everyone.

The lady at the reception is very nice, speaks English very well and polite, the hotel have economic rooms for budget limited travellers, the breakfast is Turkish, and delicious. The hotel is clean and tidy, and you can reach it ith bus from city center easily, bus number is 100 (the green bus). Finally, thank you Selin (the lady at reception) for your kindness and support, you were great.

The hotel staff was very friendly and courteously.The last day I have forgotten my rings and unfortunately I have recognized that some time later.The housekeeping found it - and I got the rings back!Very honestly !

I really enjoyed stay there , I recommend any one visit Karabuk not go to any where ,but Germia uni hotel. Their staff really kind and service is fantastic.
