Iam an importer from saudi and i import many goods from many country around the world and according to my experience this company is the badest company i have ever deal with .. i import 2 edge banding machines and as soon as they get their money they will forget you .. 1-they delay my export documents and that cost me alot of money in port . 2- I asked them to help me by Phone while installation and operation, but they didnt even answer my phones!! 3- the machines came with no catalogs or any documents like user gide, warranty and maintenance. It is now more than 2 months and half i asked Khadiga to send them as pdf via my whatsapp but no response every time she told me after one hour .. till now she didnt send any thing !!! And till now the machine in my store cant operate it !!! ANY ONE TRIES TO DEAL WITH THEM WILL KNOW THE MEANING OF MY WORDS. I wish i can rate them( — star) !
