It’s about 400 meters off Istiklal Street (Caddesi) and hidden away is the unique Cezayir or Fransız Street which came to life in 2004 when the Old Cezayir (Algeria) Street was renovated. The walls of the street were painted in pink after which several so called French restaurants were established here although today what you are offered is a mix of Turkish and international cuisine. The street is decorated in different colors and looks wonderful during day and night. It’s quite during day but crowded during night. Recommended and must visit.

Monmartre in Istanbul, simply magical.
Must visit street. I recommend you to go in the afternoon as there isn’t a lot of people and you can enjoy the music. The food is also tasty.
A cozy place to have a meal, listen to music, and take some colorful pictures.
It's a really busy place at the night and you'll meet people from everywhere around the world. If you like seafood here's where you need to go.
Good place to take pictures. Very colorful. Food is VERY expensive.. But live music is good in some restaurants.
This is one of the most beautiful streets that I have been too. Very French like feel. It was walking distance from our hotel and we absolutely loved walking here in the night.
Very interesting boulevard with couches lining the sidewalk and many restaurants and bars. Great spot to relax with friends
