We had an amazing tour of Gallipoli (Gelibolu). Our professional English-speaking guide (Nacet) and our driver were so attentive to our needs. It was a really memorable day.

Fez Travel has organised for us one of the best tours that we had. Together with our guide – Serdar Ozkan, we travelled some 3,300km around Turkey following the itinerary. As a private group, we could alter the programme. Serdar could feel the mood of the group and altered the schedule appropriately but more importantly, took us to where the best food available. This arrangement together with the excellent driving of the long distances, the suitable accommodation and interesting sites made this trip of a life time. One aim was to see the Tulips in Istanbul. The date of 13th April was suggested. Had we arrived earlier, the tulips would not have been in bloom. When we returned to Istanbul on the 20th, the tulips had withered. This is an example of their recommendations. For us, what was promised was delivered with a smile. Thank you Fez Travel.

Went to Turkey in October 2020. Really good value tour. Most of hotels were excellent, especially MD caves, (restored cave houses, great breakfast) not so good was MD Barbados (poor quality dinner, unnecessary and excessive use of plastic trying to be Covid safe). Best of all were the two guides we had Khan and Aras. Khan in particular was the most knowledgeable person, he had infinite patience and politeness with the two most annoying people on our tour. Our driver Musrat was the safest and best. Turkey streets, restaurants, hotels and airports made me feel very Covid safe. Far better than UK.

Booked an online tour and paid for it - and received email confirmation and tickets. The tour operator then told me at the last minute that hadn’t received the booking and the tour was full. They were rude and unresponsive. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

We went on a tour with the most amazing Tour Guide ever, Goghokhon, I hope my spelling of his name is correct. His knowledge of the historical places is astounding, extremely impressive. He was patient and understanding with us. We could not have been allocated a better tour tur guide. The shopping experiences was unbelievable. Because of him, we will definitely be back in Turkey very shortly. Thank you Goghokhon and Fez Travel.

first time with this descent fast paced tour, drivers were friendly and guides were knowledgeable, especially with this historical place, Turkey. wifi in the minibus. lots of stopover. hotels and meals where great, we just have to clarify n verify with the guides everytime an optional activity we wanted to do because sometimes the customer service and guides have misunderstanding. customer service replied fairly fast enough to your concerns but sometimes miscommunication happens, a transfer from airport to hotel forgot about us and this gentlemen from a different travel company helped us contact Fez agency, thank God. but over all it was an unforgettable experience.
