When we came to the place nobody explained us what to do nor asked about our appointment. We was just thrown to the area. And staff there didn’t speak English (only reception). So we went to the sauna on our own. In steam room we spent like 30 seconds and zero seconds in salt room. Personnel took us straight to peeling and foam massage So we’ve been on program which supposed to be 2 hours but it was barely 1,5. And everything felt rushed. Like they didn’t expect us to come and tried to fit us between other appointments. Tho we booked our’s day before Regular mixed massage wasn’t so bad. But cold air from AC was blowing right on my back. Not good after sauna, huh? And the worst part was the attitude of the 2 ladies who did the massage. They were speaking Turkish and laughing at something. Once they couldn’t keep they laughs and just went outside massage room for laughs. Imagine how it feels: you all naked in front of strangers and they found something to laughs at so bad so they can’t even hold it. It felt very awkward and uncomfortable. I found it very unprofessional.

It was the worst Hamam and spa I ve ever seen. they don't wash your body properly, just do it quickly and let you go. After that you go to massage room and the girl does massage(which they call medical massage) is so weak and not profession at all. Face massage was 30 sec and she left. The facilities of the spa are old and need good maintenance. The price was too high for such quality. I DONT RECOMENT IT TO ANYBODY. Я НЕ СОВЕТУЮ! И мытье и массаж просто на отвали, быстро и не качественно, а цены не низкие. С 400 лир мы сторговались на 250,но даже того не стоит
Absolutely amazing, I loved it. Price is amazing. 6 of us booked it last minute and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. A extremely happy customer.
it was really good ,it is my first time doing massage and i am down with it i will do massage in every city i visit from now on... the reception can speak English pretty well and some of the staff and a professional lady was doing the massage and the price was good overall 4.6 of 5
