I have been waiting for the shipment for three days. finally they mentioned on there tracking page that the shipment will be return if not come an get it on FEB.14. That means there delivery man came and did not find any one at home. They always do like this. This week they did 2 shipments for me. I am sure that my place never been empty

Slow, they don't know where they put the shipments, and after about half an hour os searching, they got it, then i had to wait another 10 minutes, because they decided to tidy the place up first

The worst company I have ever dealt with, I ordered a a big product, the company which I ordered the product from shipped it to mng cargo within 2 days but mng cargo kept the product their for one week and then they sent me a message to come and take your cargo from the branch, as it is not possible because I don't have a car and they are required to ship it to my own door. Next, i sent them a message explaining the situation and told if they are going to ship it or shall i create a return request, they told me that it will be shipped within 1 day, they didn't ship it and when i contacted them again i was surprised that they have returned the product to the company and now I'm waiting for the refund. Never deal with them as they are irresponsible toward the customers. Şimdiye kadar uğraştığım en kötü şirket, büyük bir ürün sipariş ettim, 2 gün içinde üründen mng kargoya sipariş ettiğim firma mng kargo ürünü bir hafta boyunca sakladı ve sonra bana gelip mesaj attılar. Kargonuzu şubeden alıyorum, çünkü benim arabam olmadığı için ve kendi kapıma göndermeleri gerektiği için mümkün değil. Ardından durumu açıklayan bir mesaj gönderdim ve gönderip göndermeyeceklerini veya iade talebinde bulunacak mıyım dediler, bana 1 gün içinde kargoya verileceğini, kargo yapmadıklarını ve kendileriyle iletişime geçtiğimde dediler. Yine ürünü firmaya iade etmelerine şaşırdım ve şimdi iadesini bekliyorum. Müşterilere karşı sorumsuz oldukları için onlarla asla ilgilenmeyin.
