Very bad experience with this company which I bought a flat they built and manage....very poor finishing in my apartment, poor response to clients, they are good only in marketing this project.... You get something totally different from what you bought... this is normal !!! No facilities for residents no proper services One small kids playing area, worst public one is better than it, 7 beans bags in the garden for more than 400 flats, to reach it you should walk across narrow visitor parking area which is not safe for kids. Policy says no pets in the building, however every day there are dog pees in the elevator. Summary: low standard they just need money for no service, do not buy from them unless you see and examine flat and full facilities with your eyes
