When your renting a car its always tricky and scary. This company was good the cars they had were new. I will recommend it. A local firm who has one base at the airport. Support local businesses!

Be careful. They try to lie you and bill a lot of money more than you agree with them. Especially: Izmir airport office. They say there is no km limit but when you return the car the bill you an additional amount for that.
Very poor service. Look for better options.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am waiting for the Caution which you said in Izmir I would get back transfered at my bank account. It was exactly 500lira. If you wont transfer the money back I will get my lawyer and we will go to court because we still have the receipt you gave us when we arrived there and payed for the caution. As I read your reffernces on google, I can tell I am not the only one who lost a lot of money because of your tricking company, what you guys are doing is not right and not even professional. If you pay me my damn money back I wont do any thing !
I’ve used these guys several times over the years without any problems. The cars they give you are never filled with fuel and you are requested to return the car in the same manner. My last visit was as was expected on a empty tank. Upon my return the attendant told me that I had failed to put the required amount of fuel in the tank as was on the agreement. Granted I overlooked this detail when driving off, but after having traveled som 22 hours it was easily overlooked. The document showed over half! I told them it wasn’t so.Regardless they told me I owed it and would take it out of my deposit. As I stated I’ve used them quite a bit over the years but will now look elsewhere to rent my car. These guys lost a valued return customer over 20.00. I recommend you stay away from Fox rent a car. They are not to be trusted.
Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. hata sizde olmadığı halde bir kazaya karıştığınız zaman evraklarda yazmayan paralar talep ediyorlar.
Это не компания по аренде машин, а просто самые настоящие бандиты и вымогатели денег!!((( мы прилетели ночью и в нашей компании не оказалось нашего авто мы подошли к ним и начали просто спрашивать что у них есть, затем они подсунули нам бумагу и попросили подписать бумагу, мы подписали и ждали от них предложений, дальше наша компания нашла нам авто лучше чем мы планировали а эти жулики, аферисты, начали с нас вымогать 20евро! Мы отказывались но их пр бежало 5 человек и начали нам угрожать расправой, один из них говорил по русски!! Если руководство не верит в мою историю у меня есть видео и фото этих бандитов! Мы заплатили так как были с женами и они очень испугались и просили нас оплатить им!!!!!!! Не рекомендую эту компанию!!!!!
