This hamam is not hamam, this is money ripping, we got in a sauna like 20 people standing then no cold water for shower and the peeling guy was not in the mood after they gave us very sweet apple tea, fake tea. Worst money spent

Somehow I felt this spa was underrated. As the spa only charge TYR160 per person for hammun, we can’t compare it to other spas who charge for TYR500. This spa provides at least minimum service level of hammun, massage, jacuzzi and sauna at affordable price. But beware that sometimes the masseurs might shortchange the hammun time.

My gf was interested in self-service turkish bath and the guy at the reception told us we can have traditional turkish bath experience with shampoo/conditioner. Once she was inside, she was only directed to have a regular shower with showerheads and no shampoo just soap.It was ridiculous to pay 50 liras to have regular shower there and no experience.

Absolut dirty and rudiculous to offer something like this and call it hamam. Beside the fact that they use the same flannel for every customer. The do not at all talk English which is fine to me as long as if you don't feel like a dog since they only say sit and next... On top of that the so called jacuzzi was cold. No joke! After complaining they said it's made like this for the shocking effect after the massage which is by the way maybe 5-10 min but nothing more. I was happy to leave that place without illness...

Seems quite dirty, they don’t wash the TOP off the heated area properly from the previous customer before asking you to lie on it.. shower areas are quite dirty and no proper shampoo or conditioner

I had a really great experience here and would do it again. I had no booking and they still accomodated me on the spot. It was my first Turkish Bath. I did look around and compare prices and services first. I felt this company had the best value for money. The staff are friendly and professional and speak a decent amount of english so you understand the whole process as it happens.

If you have any sort of money, do not go here and if you don’t have money you are better off saving the little you do have. Had baths all over turkey and loved them.I must say one of the worst experiences I have ever had.

Staff were friendly but this place is extremely dirty and unsanitary. Not sure if it was from the dirty water in the pool or from the Apple tea, but it gave my husband some sort of virus and he was throwing up and had a fever for 2 days
