The story begins when I arrived to Turkey for hair transplant all the way from Canada 8 months ago, after 8 month I realized I was choosing the wrong clinic and my hair looked terrible uneven and in general poor service and so is the result. After a friend of main recommended me Dr. Serkan I took another chance and arrived here again to redo my hair.. and i want to tell you It was a pleasure!!! TOP NOTCH clinic and I mean it 5 Stars ️️️️️ A to Z! they were very helpful generous and professional all the way from the start to the end. Highly recommended! ThAnK YOU!!!!

After seeing the level of professionalism by the Doctor and the team, i ended up extending my trip and doing the operation! Operation went smooth with little to no pain. Wow-what a great experience I had from Dr Serkan and he’s colleagues. Everything was a 5* service from the transfers to and from the airport and clinic. The day of my surgery I was very nervous they were so understanding a guy called George was very reassuring and was there throughout my operation if I needed anything which put me at ease. They explained everything about the procedure so I knew exactly how things were going to go My results are perfect I am one-day post-operation and I've had no pain at all. The hotel is very clean and comfortable everything was on time the transfer taxis are very comfortable clean Mercedes benz. I highly recommend this clinic. Thanks a lot guy keep up the hard work.

First I’d like to start by saying this clinic treats you like family. First time in turkey and I didn’t know anything but DR Serkan and his staff helped me with anything and everything I need. The day of the operation that made sure I was comfortable and made sure all my questions were answered. After the operation they provide you with a great meal and explain everything so you know what to expect and your are not surprised by anything. Highly recommend and if I can give more than 5 starts I would have!

Dr Serkan Aygin is an excellent doctor. His clinic staff are so professional. From the minute I arrived at the airport in Istanbul his staff was waiting for me to take me to the hotel that they had arranged for me. The driver took me to the hotel and everything was explained clearly to me about what I could expect in the coming days. Each day the driver would pick me up and take me to the clinic for my exam and treatments, where the staff treated me very professionally and answered any question that I had. All of the procedures were clearly explained to me in English and in Hebrew. I had a one of the assistants named Meir help me out and he spoke Hebrew so that I could understand everything clearly. I also had a special interpreter in the operation room so that the doctor and staff could communicate with me in English. They have interpreters for many languages there. It is very professional. The hair transplant procedure went smoothly. I am still in touch with the clinic. It has only been ten days and I am very satisfied. I would recommend this doctor to anyone that needs a hair restoration.

The team was very professional and helpful. From the beginning of that I have been taken by a professional driver from my hotel, I felt very supported. Every thing was arranged and organised. Very nice welcoming by the hospital and operation team. Every one was so nice and friendly with me to prepare for operation. The Operation done on time also team after that supported me to change and be ready for getting back to my hotel with lots of helpful advice. In totally I’m very satisfied with the team. i used their service last week and it was great. from the first moment everything feel so organized and well prepared for my arrival. The nurses who actually did the transplant were so professional and also so nice, so as the translator. one person that its important for me to mention is Gokce - extremely nice and very responsive, even a few days after I flew back home she’s keeps checking that everything in order and that I feel well - definitely made this experience way better.
