I was very disappointed by Dr. Berna Temel. I went to get some advice from her and instead of listening to me she made assumptions based off of my first 5 mins with her. My doctor in the UK knows I have a problem and I came to Turkey for a second opinion. She was very unprofessional, she put me down, insulted me and told me to go back to the UK and let them deal with me. For what I paid I would have expected to be able to talk with her and discuss what I would need to do. I left crying out of her office as she had insulted me so much, no professional doctor should or needs to do what she did to me, I am so upset and shocked by her. I do not recommend anyone to go and see her, she does not sympathise with her patients, she did not take me seriously and I have flown from all the way from the UK. I am just totally appalled, do not waste your time or money with this so called doctor.

İnternetteki iyi yorumlar üzerine kendisine gittim, 2 yıl takibimi yaptı ama pandemi döneminde bir anda tüm iletişimi kesti. Kendisine mail attım, mesaj attım ama dönüş olmadı. Asistanını aradığımda Berna hanımın bana dönüş yapacağını söyledi ama ne arayan oldu ne soran. Asistanı da o kadar ilgisiz ve kaba bir insan ki bir daha aramadım. Kendisi beni, yüksek bir tsh değeriyle ortada bıraktı. Asla tavsiye etmem.

10 senelik doktorumdur. Takibinden tanısına her konuda hekimliginden çok memnunum. Arada başka 2 doktora daha göründüm, fazladan ilaçlar vermekten başka bir şey yapmiyorlar. Berna Hanım'ı uzmanlık alanında tek geçerim.
