Booked my balloon ride. He took my money and confirmed. Didn't contact me. When I called him the night before the balloon. He tells me his in Greece and he didn't do my balloon booking. He offered to refund me. Waiting for my refund. But he destroyed a lifelong dream of mine. I saved for years to come do this in cappadocia. I won't be able to come again. Please don't trust this company.

I can't thank Mr Mutlu enough for his dedication and passion to help his clients find the best hot air balloon trip. I inquired with the company about the hot air balloon trip and Mr Mutlu replied to me very promptly, he told me that he found a company with very experience pilots near my hotel and I had a minor discount with the booking. Saved me some money. I promptly booked my flight with him and everything was very smooth. He also assured me and confirm the timing for the pick up at my hotel very promptly. On the day of the flight, my wife backed out just before the hot air balloon was about to take off. After the flight Mutlu called to check with the company if everything was all well and found out that my wife did not took the trip. He helped me ask for a refund and contacted me via whatsapp so the whole process was very prompt which I applaud for him for this. He made me felt there was a friend helping me in a foreign country and I would like to take this opportunity to thank him once again to have made my trip to cappadocia a smooth sailing one. Two thumbs up for Mr Mutlu and his team. Visited May 2015
