Customer service is pretty terrible. They don’t seem to care about customer happiness after a sale is made. They want to be right more than they want to give you good service. I would not be surprised if they post an aggressive response to this review.

Amazing range of music equipment! Only thing I did not find was a plectrum or set of drumsticks with the Israeli Flag on it... maybe next time?

İlgi ve alakanın en üst seviyede olduğu güler yüzlü firma. Şansa bakın ki 13 sene önce elektro gitarımı aldığım yerden eşime Çello almak varmış. Sağolsun yeni açılan Bağdat caddesi şubesinde Ufuk Bey bizimle özel ilgilendi ve tüm bilgilendirmeleri yaptı. Carlovy cla9 4/4 modelini aldık. Oluşacak en küçük bir problemde yardımcı olacağını bildirmişti. Hakikaten de öyle oldu. Yaşadığımız bir sorunu 2 gün bile sürmeden çözdü. Kendisine ve firmasına teşekkür ediyorum. Çello dersleri başladığında haber bekliyorum :) Müzik dolu günler olsun :)
