Urdax Ugarte

One of the best meals I had during my 10-day trip in western Turkey and Istanbul. My girlfriend - who is a chef - agrees. If you happen to be around and get hungry, don't hesitate to give it a try. The location also ads to it; next to the roman aqueduct and facing a lively street.

I tried the buryan kebap (لحم مندي بدون رز) it was very good it’s a lamb meet well done cooked inside a tightly closed special “oven”
