I could tell that its one of the best hospitals Ive been to in Turkey, many thanks for Mrs Filiz İnanç as she directed us and was with us in every step of my fathers critical condition. if youre a foreigner make sure you have a good insurance company, otherwise ask befote entering instead of calling it a money trap. Private hospitals are always expensive compared to the governmental ones.

Very responsive customer support, I chat with them online and they responded quickly and called me in two languages I speak, English and Arabic. I'll go and do the PCR test for my wife, it costs 250 TL and will be ready in 24h as they said.

I've been 2 different hospitals in Istanbul and Biruni Hospital gives you much better treatment and service (with good price). Doctors and their assistants were really interested. Thanks for everything !

Dikkat Dikkat Terrible Hospital, firstly they injected my daughter with a medicine which she had a alergic reaction, asking only after they injected her if she had any allergies. Secondly when my daughter became breathless & blue in color they couldnt find a simple oxygen tank. Thirdly they couldnt email me her blood cultures telling us there internet is down and out of service.after nearly 5 hours of non stop trying we finally received the results Fourthly on there report they stated my daughter as having 2 injections when she only had one, this could have caused her to get a triple dose in a 24 hour period which would have been life threatening We paid 800 lira in total and spoke to a doctor once in the 6 hours we were there, the most they give you is a nurse who thinks hes a doctor. The doctor we had was 24 years old assigned to the emergency department We made a police report and funny enough the local police station said that they were aware that its a nightmare of a hospital, the senior police officer in charge actually has been trying to press me in taking my complaint further with the health ministry, i have hired a lawyer now who will deal with taking this Hospital to court. If you would like to know further how terrible and dangerous this hospital is then i advise you to ring and ask the local police station as nearly every policeman we spoke to, told us how severe and terrifying this hospital really is..
