Good service.. Clean and brand new cars My favourite rent a car company in Turkey

In terms of pricing, they are very competitive. The quality and cleanliness of the cars is not ideal. However, the biggest issue is that instead of blocking a certain amount on the credit card as a deposit, they take the deposit (3,000 TRY) as a payment which is quite unusual. Additionally, they are quite slow to process the refund. It's been 3 weeks since I returned the car and I'm still waiting for my refund (although I notified them several times).
Disrespected company, Looters, never try them We have started to rent a VW Passat somewhere in April 2019 from Central Rent A Car Turkey. We have continuously extended the rental of the car and changed 3 times the car for service and unpleasant driving. The last time we changed the Passat into a Mercedes CLA200 somewhere mid of July 2019. Once we brought the car for it service period on the 31st of July 2019 and asked for a change, Central Rent A Car said that we need to pay 10.000 Turkish Lira immediately for the month August. Once we asked why this amount they didn't have any answer and once we didn't accept this increase (from around 260 Turkish Lira to 350) they took the car and left me in middle of nowhere. A colleague had to pick me up and bring me home which is 1,5 hour away from the rental location.The person who was in the rental office at Sabiha Gökçen Airport (as far as I remember Mr. Halil) was unpolite at all and was mentioning that his manager said to him to demand this amount. We have the feeling that this increase of price has to do with the religious holidays that will start next week. . So please be aware that you are only Dollars for them! We strongly don't recommend this rental company to anybody.

영어 가능. 차량들 깨끗하고 서비스 깔끔합니다. 가격도 합리적입니다. 달차 쓰고 있는데 일단 추천합니다 İnglizce biliyorlar. Arabalar temiz. Hizmet süper. Fiyat da uygundur. Aylık araba kiraladım tavsiye ediyorum :) They can speak English. Cars very clean. Service is nice. Price is also reasonable. I rent a car for a month. I recommend here.
