The little restaurant is lovely. You can enjoy a cozy atmosphere while having breakfast. You can decide what you eat and everything is fair in price and very high in quality. I give 5* because the price-performance level is balanced out well.

I've tried a few breakfast places in the neighborhood but nothing comes close to the food and service at Bi Kahvalti.. the staff are very polite and courteous and the foods amazing... try the Mihlama here!! Its a bowl of hot cheese like a fondue!! Its yum!!
