My wife loves Sephardic! In any country! We stopped in today for some beauty masks and a face roller (I don't even know what this is for) and she found everything she needed.

I am very disappointed with the shop. I bought multiple items and when I came to pay I was advised I can get tax back which I opted for, the lady advised multiple of times that i’ll be getting my merchandise at the airport I triple checked this information and she agreed I didn’t receive any of my items and looked like a fool at the airport going from one tax refund to the next asking about my items.. All in all I did not receive my items or a receipt just the tax refund slip which was useless without the items, so not even did I get the tax back... I tried calling the shop more than 10 times no one answered , so now I am back in my country having wasted more than 980 TL .. I am very upset, in good faith I will send an acquaintance to the shop to see if this was just some miscommunication but if he wasn’t given the items I will make an official complaint to Sephora in hopes I will be taken seriously.

- some of the staff are extremely rude, pushy, and arrogant. - it's very under-stocked and many things don't have testers - the prices here are higher compared to US, - and staff won't give you the time or space to think things over. - worst is I think they sold me an opened item right after checkout, and now I can only exchange not return. Go to the Mac couple doors down, the price, stock level and service is so much better.

The staff is extremely rude, they look down on people, acting all superior. I wanted to buy some things, but at the checkout, it turned out “they had forgotten to change the prices on the shelf”. The worst Sephora I’ve EVER been to.

The staff here is so rude and snobby it’s hilarious. Like you get paid less than 1000 and you’re acting like you’re classy and judge people based on how they look? Lol get out of here. Small shop, poor management, security guard is an amateur, and the staff is so cringy. Don’t go here.
