Nice place in the middle of Karaköy BUT a very bad service! The food was good!

Ordered an avocado salad with artichokes, was simply not edible as the avocado was hard as a rock and bitter like hell. Returned it after first bite. Waiter offered me to get another salad which I refused. Won’t recommend to anyone nor would I go back.
We just arrived in Istanbul and were hungry as hell. Ops was close by the place we were staying, so we decided to eat there. We ordered two espressos, water, a toast and a sandwich. One of the espressos was spilled, but happens i thought. Then we waited for the food like more than an hour. We asked the staff about the food a couple of times and they just said it will be soon First they brought the toast with a salad. 15 minutes later the burned toasted sandwich arrived with a salad too. Maybe it was even a wrong order since it was toasted and didnt look like on the menu. Both meals should have been with french fries. Do not visit this place!
The worst “special blend Turkish tea” we tried in Istanbul. Filter coffee is also bad.
Ordered 4 desserts and cancelled them, still got charged for them. When we asked them to cancel they said they couldn’t remove it from the system. We have asked employees to enjoy them. Terrible customer service. No courtesy at all.
Nice place and around is good alive you can definitely enjoy your evenings on weekends.
Nicely located around many coffee places in Karakoy, nice outdoors area. They got many local and international options. I had a cookie and iced tea. Regular staff.
